The workplace in the 21st century is a fast moving, pressurised place to be, with technology meaning that staff are often on call 24 hours a day.  Add to that the requirement to juggle social and home life alongside work, and life becomes a delicate balancing act.  But your staff are your most important asset and so it is important for companies to look after their wellbeing.

Wellbeing is a word increasingly being used in the corporate world these days.  Following the management standards developed by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE), companies are investing much more on looking after their employees to help keep them healthy, motivated, cut down costs of sick leave and increase efficiency.

Therapies in the workplace is one such way for companies to care for their staff.  Therapies can:-

One of the many ways to increase staff wellbeing is to employ a Holistic Therapist to offer various therapies such as reflexology and massage.

Reflexology, in particular, has been found to have a great effect on reducing stress.  One study in Denmark recorded an incredible 2,499 fewer sick hours over a 6 month period in a company where employees received reflexology.  Such a reduction in sick hours will, of course, increase productivity and save costs.
